Products

Q.  How accurate are your clocks?  Do they make any sound while in operation?
A.
  We use the finest American made quartz clock movements which are accurate to within two minutes per year.  Our clocks make no sound while in operation.

Q.  What type of finish do you use on the wood?
A.
  We use a Cabinet/Furniture grade multi-step process of sealers and Lacquers, which provide a durable and long lasting finish.

Q.  How do I clean my products?
A.
  For wood surfaces use a clean dry cloth to dust.  If you need a deeper cleaning we recommend a cleaner like Orange Glo®.  Since our clock faces are glass and not plastic, any glass cleaner will work just fine.

Q.  How can I use one of your products as a trophy or award?  Can I have a name or logo added?
A.
  Yes, we can use a glass etch sticker on the inside of the face on our clocks or we can have the face laser engraved. Our lamps and all of the pen sets can be either laser engraved or we can add a name plate with your company name, logo, employees name etc.  Ask Arden about any customizations you would like and he will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q.  Can I have one of your products made with a different wood, size or shape?
A.
  Yes, since we manufacture most of our products, we are able to customize them in many ways including using almost any wood type available or make them to the size and shape you desire.  Ask Arden about any customizations you would like and he will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q.  Where are your products manufactured?
A.
  Most of our products are handcrafted in the heart of the northwest, Corvallis, Oregon.

Q.  Do you offer products with other themes?
A.
  Yes, since we manufacture most of our products, we can create any theme that you desire.  We have created many products with fishing lures, flys, bullets and many other themes.  Watch for links to other styles that we will soon be offering.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We do NOT currently accept checks or money orders.

Q.  Is it safe to use my credit card?

  No, We currently only accepts orders through our secure server on the Internet.

Q.  Do I have to pay U.S. Sales Tax?

  No, welovegolf.com is located in the state of Oregon, which currently has no sales tax.

Q.  To order, does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies"?

Q.  Did you get my Internet order?

  Upon placing your online order, a confirmation email message will be sent to you showing the particulars of your order.  It will include your invoice number which you may print for your records.

Q.  Do you offer quantity discounts?
A.
  Yes, Ask Arden for discounts on large quantities.

Q.  Can I become a reseller of welovegolf.com's products?
A.

Shipping & Delivery

Q.  How much do you charge for shipping?

  welovegolf.com uses UPS service for all shipments in the United States.  Check out our current shipping rates.

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?
A.
  The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within two business days.  The following shows estimated delivery times dependent on which shipping option you choose.

  • Ground Shipping:  5-7 Business days
  • Second Day Air:  2 Business days
  • Next Day Air:  1 Business day

Returns & Warranties

Q.  What if I am not 100% satisfied with my order?

  We want you to be 100% happy with your order and service and we guarantee your satisfaction.

Purchase our products today risk-free. If for any reason you wish to return your order within 30 days, you will receive a full product purchase refund.  Simply send us an email with your request.  We will issue a return authorization number by return email.
